Registration and Participant Criteria
Prospective participants are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. LKP LBB ASME reserves the right to reject registration if incorrect data is found or if the prospective participant does not meet the minimum age requirements for a specific program. Participation in the training is only considered valid after the participant completes the administrative process and receives official confirmation from our staff.
The data referred to includes the name as per official identification (KTP or equivalent document), domicile address, active phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for administrative purposes, certificate issuance, and communication regarding training schedules. Changes to data after registration can be submitted in writing to the administrative staff and will be updated in our system.
§ 02
Training Fees and Payment Policy
All training fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon scheme before the program begins. Payments are made via bank transfer to the official account in the name of the institution or by cash at our head office cashier in Gresik. We are not responsible for payments made outside of these official channels.
Fees that have been paid are non-refundable, unless the program is cancelled by the institution. In the event of cancellation by the institution, the participant is entitled to choose between a full refund or transferring the slot to the next training period.

§ 03
Rules of Conduct and Learning Code of Ethics
Participants are required to arrive on time, maintain politeness in communicating with instructors and fellow participants, and take care of the studio facilities used. Any form of academic dishonesty, use of inappropriate language, or damage to institutional property may result in the participant's removal from the program without a refund.
We uphold a professional and mutually respectful learning environment. Every participant is entitled to a conducive practice atmosphere, free from discrimination, intimidation, or disturbances that interfere with the learning process. Serious violations of this code of ethics will be addressed through an internal verification process before a decision is issued.
§ 04
Use of Studio Facilities and Equipment
Participants are permitted to use studio equipment only under the supervision of the instructor or technical staff on duty. Damage to equipment caused by intentional negligence or violation of usage procedures will be the responsibility of the participant concerned for the repair costs.
The security of personal belongings while on campus is the responsibility of each participant. The institution provides limited storage space but does not guarantee the security of valuables brought without supervision. Procedures for using broadcast equipment, teleprompters, and microphones will be explained in the first orientation session.
§ 05
Intellectual Property Rights of Training Materials
All modules, learning videos, practice scripts, and other curriculum materials are the intellectual property of Arsento Sarana Media Edukasi. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes outside of personal learning interests without written permission from management.
Violations of these intellectual property rights may be processed in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia, including provisions under the Copyright Law. Materials shared with participants for practice purposes remain the property of the institution and must be returned or deleted after the program is completed, unless otherwise stipulated in a written agreement.
§ 06
Official Certification Provisions
Competency certificates will only be awarded to participants who meet the minimum attendance criteria, which is approximately 80% of the total program sessions, and successfully pass the final assessment conducted by the examining team. The decision of the examining team is final and cannot be contested.
Certificates are issued with the name as per the official identity provided by the participant at the time of initial registration. Errors in name spelling due to inaccurate data are the responsibility of the participant. Requests for certificate reprints due to participant data errors may be subject to an administrative fee.
§ 07
Program Scheduling and Cancellation
LKP LBB ASME reserves the right to change the schedule, training location, or instructor in the event of an emergency (force majeure) or unavoidable technical constraints. In the event of a schedule change, participants will be informed immediately via the registered contact.
If a participant cannot attend the new schedule, the institution will provide an option for a make-up class in the following period. Class cancellations due to the number of participants not reaching the minimum quota will be notified at least three days before the initial schedule, and participants may choose between slot transfer or a refund.
§ 08
Limitation of Liability
The institution provides training materials based on applicable broadcasting and rhetoric industry standards, but we do not guarantee specific career results or income for participants after graduation. Success in applying communication skills depends heavily on individual practice and external opportunities.
LKP LBB ASME is not responsible for any form of indirect loss arising from participation in our programs. The materials provided are educational and practical in nature, not a guarantee of job placement, broadcast contracts, or professional agreements with any third party.
§ 09
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that may arise from the implementation of these educational services will be resolved through deliberation for consensus. If a mutual agreement is not reached, both parties agree to resolve it through the legal channels applicable in the jurisdiction of the District Court of Gresik, East Java.
Before pursuing legal action, participants are expected to submit a written objection to the institution's management so that an internal mediation process can be conducted. The institution will respond to every complaint within a maximum of 14 working days from the date the complaint is received.
§ 10
Updates to Terms and Conditions
These terms may be updated periodically to adjust to national education regulations or changes in the institution's internal policies. The applicable Terms and Conditions are the latest version published on this website or provided to participants at the time of manual registration.
Participants are deemed to have agreed to such changes if they continue their participation in the training program. Material changes that affect participant rights will be communicated directly via email or official letter before being implemented.
